The Virtual Clinic is a non-existing clinic. It serves here as an example of how Diabetes Carepart could be provided in a paediatric hospital or other health care set up.

There is a large amount of information about the various aspects of diabetes care, but all in relation to health care professionals. Diabetes care is much more than that as is involves your whole life. The psychological, social and other non-medical aspects are not discussed here as your webmaster doesn't feel competent to do so. Best is to speak to parents and young persons. Only they know. Most are quite willing to share that with you.

  • eating plan
  • life style.

These three aspects are the fundamentals of diabetes management and a good control is one in which all three are in balance with each other. These three are discussed separately but are an integral part.
