DIABETES ESSAY AND POEM COMPETITION 2009

Emily 28/03 11 the day in a life of diabetes

diabetes is really hard, checking blood, and putting needles in your body parts.
going low, going high, its so time consuming,it sometimes make you cry.
diffrent injection through out the day, make you tired and sometimes no time for play.
nurses try to make your blood, steady as they could.
parents worring, and grandparent too, wonder when i will be able to feel blue.
mums worry when you go out to play, wouldering if your blood is ok.
but least i have my family and friends,to help me through my daily events.
when my blood is over rate, need to think what correction to make.
life is threating as it can be,but at least i have a life that happy as can be.

hope you enjoyed my poem
